The hotel was strategically located near the town square and accessible to many local attractions. The room was cozy and offered a breathtaking view of the city. I particularly enjoyed the coffee maker that was provided in the room, it was very convenient to make a cup of coffee while enjoying the view.

The reception was unattended when I arrived, and the hotel was dimly lit, which made for an unpleasant first impression. It was quite frustrating not being able to reach anyone for assistance, and the broken shower didn't help matters much.

Spent Christmas here with my family and we loved the cozy room and comfortable beds. the hotel's location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk to the Christmas market and close to public transportation. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning, which had a variety of options to choose from.

The check-in process was a bit confusing as there was no one at the reception when we arrived and we had to shout for someone to come and give us a key. We also had difficulties reaching the staff later on in the evening, which made us worry about how to access the hotel if we returned late at night.

The location of the hotel was convenient and easy to find. the room was decent with adequate space for a short stay, despite the broken shower. Although breakfast was not provided, it appears that it is a common occurrence in the area due to staff shortages. the hotel facilities seemed suitable for basic needs, but may not be suitable for those seeking luxurious amenities.

The lack of staff available at the hotel was concerning, especially with the issue of accessing the hotel upon return. It would be helpful to have more information available regarding check-in procedures and availability of staff.
